Please complete application and return with payment to reserve your table for the Braxton County Fair Flea Market on July 30 - August 3, 2024. The Flea Market will be held in the horse barn at Holly Gray Park, inside space is first come first served. A limited number of spots are available on the midway – first come first served. The public will be allowed to start shopping at the beginning of the fair each day. The Flea Market will close at 11:00 p.m. Vendors will be provided 2 gate tickets per booth. The gate tickets can be picked up July 28 from 1 to 5 p.m. at the pavilion near the stage. You are responsible for cleaning up the area of your table and removing all packing boxes, etc. Vendors will be responsible for their items left overnight. The fee will be $50 for Friday and Saturday, or $100 for the week in the horse barn. Midway spots are $250 for the week.
Please note:
* Each space will be 8-10 feet wide. You can bring additional tables or display racks as long as they fit in the number of spaces you request.
* Limited electricity will be available you must provide your own extension cords and safety covers for the cords.
* Tables and canopies will not be provided.
* Parking at the barn only – no parking on the midway.
* Vendors at this Flea Market may sell items, crafts, vendor items, customized gifts, etc.
* No weapons of any kind allowed.
* No refunds.
